Replacing Stolen Identity Documents

FL Driver’s License: Report the theft to local law enforcement. Bring a copy of the police report to the DMV with you to get a free replacement.

Social Security Card: Call SSA at 1-800-772-1213 to report the theft and request a replacement.

U.S. Passport: Call the U.S. Department of State at (877) 487-2778 to report the theft and request a replacement.
Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation
Abuse or Exploitation by a Known and Trusted Person
