A new way of aging has come to Martin County. One that encourages living life to its utmost...with joy, care, companionship and a true sense of belonging. One that embraces all elders while helping them to enjoy longer, healthier lives.
At the Charles and Rae Kane Center, seniors of all capabilities and walks of life - as well as their families and caregivers - come together in a secure, comfortale atmosphere where they feel truly at home. Here they can find access to wellness programs, adult day care, social interaction, entertainment and much more.
The Council on Aging's mission is to help seniors live young at any age by remaining independent, healthy and living in their own homes. We provide Meals on Wheels, an adult day program and care management services that improve seniors' quality of life through enhanced socialization, nutrition and mobility. The Council's services are available to 53,000 seniors who reside in Martin County, Florida, with most services also available to seniors throughout the Treasure Coast. Celebrating its 40th Anniversary of service to the community in 2014, the Council on Aging's most impressive accomplishment is the Kane Center embodying its extraordinarily upbeat philosophy ~ "Helping seniors live young...at any age."
